Geographic coating - this coating suggests a stomach yin deficiency. If the deficiency is very strong, one could experience heartburn, constipation, or chronic hunger. I have heard that some people are just born with this geographic tongue, but I'm not really sure.
Cracked tongue - generally means yin deficiency, which means a bit of dryness in the body. Some women experience this during menopause. Some symptoms could include night sweats, hot flashes, irritability, or insomnia. For others symptoms include restlessness, dry mouth or throat at night, low back pain, or redness across the cheeks.

What is the white coating on my tongue?
Let's break it down!
The white coating on your tonight means you have "dampness" inside holding onto excess fluid and could have phlegm, indigestion, thyroid disorders, or yeast overgrowth. For me, this usually means I am a bit fungal in my gut because I don't have much hydrochloric acid to break down foods. This is based off my blood type (I'm A+) and my body type, yada yada. Something to note, as you consume sugar or have a glass of alcohol, you might see a larger white coating appear. Fungus loves sugar. Bad sugar, bad sugar!
FIX: It is usually three-fold for me
1) Anti-fungal support. One easy remedy is adding in 75 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) into your water. It makes the water bitter, but it works and GSE is cheap and lasts! Another one is taking an Oregano supplement.
2) Digestive support in the way of taking apple cider vinegar before a meal a day (helps with HCA) and moving your system. But I personally need much more than this so I take supplements between meals that have bromelain, milk thistle, dandelion, + other ingredients.
3) Acupuncture help to ignite your system to move.

Hey guys! I’m here to give you a quick update on the current housing market. I can tell you things are much different than they were just six months ago. The market is slowing down a little bit and we're seeing soft spots in the market. Now, this does not mean that housing prices are necessarily dropping, but rather the appreciation of homes is slowing down. This is a normal occurrence that needs to happen because there's no way the type of appreciation you were seeing is going to be sustainable.
For Sellers: Homes that were getting 20 to 30 offers and selling for $100,000 over asking price, might only get two offers and $20,000 over asking price. You could even get just the asking price after 5 to 7 days.
That being said, it’s still a great seller's market! But this slowdown means unique homes or homes that are not presented as well sit on the market longer. Presentation is becoming more and more important as we start to see the market shift and luckily, that's one of our specialties! We take everyday homes and turn them into top dollar listings! We call this process our Top Dollar Transformation.
For Buyers: The market is also looking better! We're seeing less competition against others, resulting in more reasonable escalation offers.
